Overview

We are looking for a head chef to manage and develop a multi outlet venue in Kings Cross consisting of:

  • Café/deli bar
  • Modern Italian A la Cart restaurant
  • Cocktail bar
  • Outside events catering

Working from a modern and well stocked kitchen that includes a wood fired pizza oven. The head chef will be responsible for leading a team of 7 chefs.

The restaurant and deli concept is an all-day dining from bakery products with coffee in the morning, hot main courses and salads from mid-day through to a cocktail bar offer in the evening. We offer all day service with regular outside events and functions.

We produce everything fresh on site using high quality seasonal produce. Our menus change on a seasonal basis giving the head chef full creative input into all menus.

Our team work 7 shifts per week and we will require the head chef to be hands on and able to lead and manage the kitchen. The head chef will be responsible for achieving set budgets and financial targets.

We are a young and growing company and want a chef who is able to help push the business forward and develop our offering.

We are offering a competitive salary package of £40K + tronc and a monthly KPI related bonus of up to £1,500 (on target salary of £58K)

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in areas such as production, events and restaurant service.
