Head Chef – Monday to Friday

Currently recruiting a head chef to run the kitchens of this prestigious contract in the Heathrow area.

The role will be working Monday to Friday with a 40-hour contract plus any additional hours for functions when required. The head chef will lead a team of 3 chefs.

On-site there are:

300-400 employees/guests

A breakfast and lunch service

Deli / Sandwich counters plus vending

The head chef will oversee two different locations with food offer running at about 250 covers per day. The main responsibility will be to introduce fresh ideas to the menus ensuring a high standard of food offer is being served. Also be responsible for menu planning, staff training, due diligence and following company procedures.

A background as a senior sous chef or head chef is essential working in one of the leading B&I companies ideally. You must understand the food service sector and how it operates.
