We are looking for an experienced and hands on head chef to lead and manage our kitchen team of 20 chefs cooking exciting and funky modern European all day dining for a 150 sear restaurant.

  • Located on the south bank close to Waterloo station
  • Salary package of £40-45K

The head chef will be responsible for the daily running of the kitchen including food hygiene, cost control, stock management and menu development.

We offer all day dining with casual breakfast and lunch followed by a more refined up market dinner. Our menus change on a seasonal basis with regular specials.

We need a hands on head chef who can lead and mentor the team.

There will be future growth and development opportunity’s as we have more opening planned for the future.
