Head chef needed for Rosette winning foodie British restaurant and PDR in the heart of Mayfair. Offering exciting modern British cuisine using seasonal British produce.
Catering for a busy bar, 50 seat dining room, 25 cover PDR from a modern well stocked open kitchen
The head chef will be responsible for leading and developing a team of up to 12 kitchen staff.
Full menu creativity and freedom will be given to the head chef with the brief of seasonal British classics in and modern style.
The head chef will also be responsible for achieving food cost budgets, food hygiene and kitchen due diligence targets.

This role would suit a head chef who has worked in rosette/fine dining kitchens.
