We are looking for a head chef to lead our team cooking modern European and American inspired menus.

  • Located in Westfield Stratford, close to transport links.
  • Salary package of £35K

The head chef will be responsible for managing and leading the kitchen, overseeing stock control and food hygiene.

The head chef will work closely with the group exec chef to help create and develop seasonal menus.

We cater for up to 200 covers per service, working from a modern and well stocked kitchen.

Our kitchen team of 9 chefs work 50 hours per week, producing everything fresh on site.

Previous experience to a head or senor sous chef level in a fresh food restaurant is required.
