We are looking for a head chef to lead and manage our Soho restaurant serving modern Mexican inspired menus for up to 180 covers.

Located in the heart of Soho within access to public transport.

Salary package of up to £40K

We need a hands on head chef to lead and manage a brigade of 10-12 chefs.

The head chef will manage and take responsibility for HACCP, due diligence, stock control and the smooth running of service.

The head chef will work closely with the exec chef to develop exciting seasonal menus using high quality produce imported directly from Mexico.

We do not need the head chef to have previous experience in Mexican cuisine just an interest and basic knowledge.

This role is starting ASAP with interviews taking place immediately.
