We are looking for a head chef to join our friendly and foodie group cooking authentic and high quality Italian menus for a 50 cover restaurant and separate deli.
All food is produced fresh on site from pasta, to bread and ice cream. The Italian deli will have a live pasta section and production kitchen.
Leading a team of 5 chefs the head chef will be responsible for creating, costing and implementing new menus using high quality Italian produce.
We are open lunch and dinner during the weak and all day on weekends.
Our kitchen is well stocked and modern.
Position – Head Chef
Salary – £38-42K
Hours – 50 – 7 shifts
Location – Surrey Quays
The ideal head chef will have experience in a high quality seasonal Italian kitchen.
This role is suitable for a 1st time head chef.
