We are currently looking for an up and coming head chef to lead a brigade of 8-10 chefs cooking Two AA Rosette Gallic French cuisine with adventurous modern influences. Catering for 150 covers per service.
Located in close to Hyde Park we have a great reputation for quality and require a strong and hands on head chef.
The head chef will be given the freedom to create and develop seasonal menus using high quality seasonal produce. The role will be hands on and will require the chef to lead by example.

The chef will be responsible for finances, stock control, recruitment, training, health and safety and general kitchen management.
The Ideal candidate must be creative and able to use the very best seasonal produce to create daily and weekly specials as well as seasonal menus whilst achieving financial targets.
The successful chef must have a stable background with Michelin or fine dining experience as well as a passion and knowledge for French cuisine.
