We are looking for a head chef to lead and manage a high volume Two AA Rosette brasserie restaurant offering International fusion dining.
- Located close to Liverpool Street Station
- Salary of £60-65K
Head Chef will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 35-40 chefs across a production kitchen and service kitchen.
We offer all day dining for a 180 seat restaurant serving up to 800 covers per day.
The Head Chef will manage kitchen and food budgets, food hygiene, stock control and daily management. Working with the UK exec chef to develop seasonal menus.
Our food is an eclectic mix of Latin American and Asian fusion, we produce everything fresh on site in our dedicated preparation kitchen.
The Head Chef must have a background working in high volume and high quality kitchens leading large teams. We need a strong leader who can develop a brigade and build a family.
