We are looking for a creative and foodie head chef to join our team cooking seasonal and fresh British cuisine, taking £10K per week on food sales.
Leading a small team of 4 chefs producing everything fresh from our well equipped kitchen the head chef will be responsible for menu creation, stock control, recruitment and kitchen management.
The ideal head chef will have worked in a gastro pub or small restaurant environment in the past and will be confident creating seasonal menus.
The head chef will work a 48 hour contract with 4 weeks holiday and annual bonus.
