We are looking for a head chef to run and lead our kitchen cooking seasonally changing modern British cuisine for a 60 cover dining room. Leading a small but professional brigade of chefs.
Located in Fulham south west London we are within walking distance to tube and Overground.
All our food is produced fresh on site, using high quality produce. The head chef will be given full creative freedom and will be responsible for achieving food cost, food hygiene and recruitment targets.
The head chef must have strong kitchen management skills and will be able to train and develop junior chefs.
