Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate head chef to lead and manage our team cooking fresh seasonal modern British cuisine for a busy pub and dining room.

The head chef will be given full freedom on menu creation and will have the support of a group chef and GM.

Leading a team of 5/6 chefs we cater for up to 120 covers and work 7 shifts per week

This is a great opportunity for a head chef to be creative and lead a foodie kitchen, we will offer training, support and promotional opportunities.
