We are looking for a head chef to take over the running of our foodie gastro pub restaurant, we have a strong local following and offer seasonally changing exciting modern British menus.
Located close to Hammersmith within easy access of the district and Piccadilly line.
We are offering £36K + achievable bonus for the head chef, our kitchen team work 45-50 hours per week.
Our kitchen team of 6 chefs produce everything fresh on site including bread and pasta!!! We like to use locally sauced suppliers and producers and the head chef will be given freedom to sauce their own produce.
We cater for up to 60 covers per service plus a small PDR, there is also a patio and bar area.
The head chef will be given lots of creativity and input into seasonal menus and will have full freedom to be creative with our 5 course tasting menus on the weekly supper club.
This role would suit a 1st time head chef who has a strong restaurant background.
