We are looking for a head chef to lead and manage the busy kitchens within our exclusive golf club restaurant.
Our food is modern British and European Brasserie style. We can cater for between 20 and 100 covers per day as well as regular events and functions.

Salary – £38K
Brigade – 5 Chefs
Shifts – 7 shifts/50 Hours per week
We need a hands on creative head chef who can create menus and accurately cost dishes and manage budgets.
This is a great opportunity for a passionate chef to run their own kitchen with support from management.
