We are looking for a hands on and enthusiastic head chef to lead our small team of 6 kitchen staff catering for a member’s only club with modern Mediterranean restaurant.
Located in south west London within easy access to tube and transport links. We are offering a salary of £40-45K + KPI’s. Shifts are 4pm to midnight 4 days per week and one day 11am to 7pm.
The head chef will be given almost full freedom into menu development and will be charged with increasing food sales and growing our reputation. The head chef will be responsible for achieving labour and food costing targets.
We have a very international clientele so knowledge and flexibility with different cuisines would be a bonus.
The club will be getting a renovation in 2019 and require a chef to help develop the concept.
This is an immediate start and interviews will be taking place strait away.
