We are looking for a head chef to run our fun friendly and progressive kitchen offering modern fun menus, we have a 60 cover dining room and offer a very busy brunch service.
All our food is produced fresh on site and the head chef will be given full creative freedom to create seasonal menus offering casual all day dining.
The head chef will work with the GM and group chef to manage and control GP, labour costs and budgets
We work 48 hours per week in a fun, friendly and supportive environment. We offer a competitive salary package of £30-33K.
