We are looking for a creative and hands on head chef to lead and run our busy modern British and Mediterranean restaurant.
Located in Victoria (London) we are offering a package of £40-44K for the head chef.
The head chef will be responsible for leading a tram of 25 chefs across 2 kitchens serving up to 200 covers per service with foodie all day menus.
We will give the head chef full freedom and creativity to develop menus. We use high quality seasonal British produce and work closely with game keepers and estates to sauce and cook seasonal meats.
We produce everything fresh on site with menus changing every 2 months plus daily and weekly specials.
The head chef will manage 2 kitchens across 2 floors, and must have good communication and management skills.
We do regular whole caucus and game butchery on site and would like a head chef who is confident in this area and can train and develop young chefs.
