Overview

Strong head chef for a modern British brasserie offering informal high end food. This will be a new opening in the West of London with a large focus on serving quality restaurant food.

The head chef will run a team of 10 chefs with the kitchen and be responsible for running the pass and delivery of results daily.

This will be a busy operation serving around 200 covers daily. There are also over opportunities for the head chef for pop up restaurants, industry food events and the opportunity to work closely with the company head chef. Experience as a head chef is necessary along with possible opening experience as a head chef. Good company benefits with a salary up to £50k.
