We are looking for a head chef to join our team cooking high quality modern British and American cuisine in a semi branded restaurant.

Located in central London close to Holborn Tube station.

We are offering up to £40K for the successful candidate.

The head chef will lead and manage a team of 10 chefs cooking fresh seasonal menus, producing everything on site cooking for 120 covers per service and corporate regular events.

We offer lunch and dinner service in the a la cart restaurant plus a substantial bar menu and daily specials.

The head chef will be responsible for stock control, budgeting, food hygiene and will work closely with the group chef to develop seasonal menus and daily specials.

A good knowledge of computer stock control and ordering systems is essential.
