Overview

We are looking for a strong and passionate head chef to run and manage our kitchen, offering modern British menus using seasonal local produce.

Catering for a 50 seat restaurant and busy bar and 20 boutique bedrooms.

All our food is produced fresh on site by our team of chefs. We offer breakfast lunch and dinner 7 days per week along with a very popular Sunday roast.

The head chef will work closely with the GM and Area Chef on menu creation, budgeting, recruitment and kitchen paperwork.

Located in the heart of Westminster close to tube, bus and train links.
