We are looking for a head chef to lead our brigade cooking highly seasonal British cuisine with Mediterranean influences.

–              Located between Victoria and Slone Sq

–              Salary £42-47K

The head chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen and will be given freedom an input into monthly menu changes and daily specials.

Leading a team of 18 chefs across 2 kitchen (Main kitchen and Bar kitchen)

The restaurant seats 50 covers plus an additional 24 seats in the bar, we offer all day service and have a very popular Sunday roast.

The head chef will be fully responsible for managing stock, GP and labour costings though will get assistance from the GM and group chef.

We need a head chef with a friendly attitude who can work hands on with the team and develop the brigade.
