We are looking for a head chef to lead and manage the kitchens in our 60 seater all day restaurant with a brigade of 6 chefs.

Located in Covent Garden we offer healthy modern menus influenced by cuisines from around the world including the Americas and Asia. We are open for breakfast lunch and dinner 7 days per week. The kitchen team work 50 hours across 7 shifts.

Our menus change on a seasonal basis and the head chef will work closely with the owners to develop menus and new dishes.

We are a growing business with plans to expand and open a 2nd London site, this role will offer the opportunity for the head chef to develop into a group or exec role.

The head chef will be responsible for kitchen management, food hygiene, HACCP, stock and kitchen due diligence.

Candidates with good knowledge of social media and marketing would be preferred
