I am recruiting a head chef for a leading food service / contract caterer who hold the contract for a boutique fashion venue. The head chef will work in the kitchens with the environment very much along the lines of trendy, modern and funky.

The food will represent the same theme with a light breakfast offer followed by a lunch service of around 120 covers. The food offer will be:

Fresh, Seasonal and light dishes

Healthy & tasty deli & salad bar

Foods from different continents

Eclectic menus

This is a unique position and will suit either a head chef or chef manager who is used to running smaller kitchen operations. The candidate must have experience in a boutique units and be able to liaise with front of house, on site clients and lunch time custom.

The head chef will work Monday to Friday and 40 hours per week. There will be some overtime opportunities for hospitality functions but generally stable start and finish times. Salary on the role will be £32k with some negotiation for the right candidate
