Offering a competitive salary of £40 to 43k
The head chef will be coming into a brand new kitchen and be able to lead a small team of chefs into the busy period of the year. The business is purely hospitality & events
Two large conference rooms
Numerous meeting & break out areas
High level of repeat business
Menus include fork buffets, bowl food canapes and fine dining lunches & dinners
The venue is open 7 days a week but the catering team will work 5 straight shifts. Most weekends off depending on business levels.
