We are looking for a head Baker and Patisserie chef to join our team and help develop and grow our brand and food offering.

Our style is casual relaxed all day dining with a focus on weekend bunches. The Head Baker will need to be highly passionate about all types of bread and patisserie as well as being creative on menu development.

Working closely with the company directors to develop and grow the brand, sauce new and exciting produce. Leasing with the restaurant head chefs and general managers to asses and report on menu items and profitability.

Currently located in central London we are planning to implement a production kitchen were this role will be based. The successful baker will be responsible for managing and leading a small team and achieving high standards of presentation and consistency.

Salary £30-40K dependant on experience.
