An independent pan-Asian concept with 4 restaurants in the heart of central London. Fast, busy and quality lead operations with more than a hint of rock ‘n roll. The General Manager will be coming in to a business that is becoming a major food destination in the capital.
- Full P&L accountability
- £70’000 per week average net sales
- Managing a team of 30 staff including AGM and Head Chef
- Team training and development
- Reporting directly in to the Ops Manager
- 48 hour contract
The General Manager will ideally have at least 2 years of experience as a General Manager within a fresh food, fast paced casual dining restaurant. Fully conversant with financial management and be able to train and develop others in becoming managers of the future.
