Reporting in to the Operations Director, the Front of House Manager will be responsible for the ‘nuts and bolts’ of this contemporary and very established private members club. Working closely with each head of department, the Front of House Manager will be focused on the overall management and operational standards:
- Reception and Housekeeping
- Sales and revenue
- Weekly team briefings
- Implementing new policies and procedures
- Maintain and optimise SOPs
- daily running of the Front Office department, including bedroom reservations, check-in/out, guest relations and financial reconciliation.
