Overview

Reporting in to the Operations Director, the Front of House Manager will be responsible for the ‘nuts and bolts’ of this contemporary and very established private members club. Working closely with each head of department, the Front of House Manager will be focused on the overall management and operational standards:

  • Reception and Housekeeping
  • Sales and revenue
  • Weekly team briefings
  • Implementing new policies and procedures
  • Maintain and optimise SOPs
  • daily running of the Front Office department, including bedroom reservations, check-in/out, guest relations and financial reconciliation.
The Front of House Manager will be fully responsible for managing and developing the front of house and bedroom areas whilst ensuring excellent customer service is provided for all members and guests. To be considered for this role you must have experience within a multi-faceted hotel or private club operation. Sales and revenue experience is key as is previously having managed a large team.
