Our client is a multi-faceted hospitality business encompassing retail, bars, full-service restaurant dining and events operations.   Due to the continued success and growth of the company they are looking to implement a new full time role of Food & Beverage Trainer across the business.  This role will be responsible for leading the training & development of all levels of the team, both in the classroom and on the job.

 

This role will ideally suit an operator looking to move into a training & development, or potentially a HR officer looking to move back into a more operational based practice.  Potential candidates for the role of Food & Beverage Trainer need to be energetic, with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude, and passionate about delivering great customer service.

 

Alongside training the front line teams The Food & Beverage Trainer will be responsible for driving management training programs as well as succession planning and legislative training for all levels of staff across the business.
