We are currently recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager for an exciting new restaurant concept that is due to open within one of the UK’s leading five-star hotels in early May.

This new restaurant will seat 220 guests, and will also comprise a 60 seat bar and summer terrace.  The restaurant will open for breakfast, lunch and dinner service and is expected to serve in excess of 600 covers per day.

Our client is, therefore, looking to recruit a ‘finished article’ Food & Beverage Manager, who is able to demonstrate a stable & progressive background, to their current role of Food & Beverage Manager gained in either high volume, multi-outlet contemporary restaurants, to a minimum of Two AA Rosette standard, or International five star resort hotel properties.  Experience in launching new restaurants is desirable, but not essential.

This is ahead of Department role, within this leading five-star hotel, and our client will only consider applications from experienced Food & Beverage Managers who fulfill all of the above criteria.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a finished article Food & Beverage Manager to join the management team at this leading five-star hotel, and play a key role in the launch of this new and exciting concept restaurant.
