Overview

Fine Dining – Production Kitchen – Work /Life balance

Chef De Partie required to join our brigade cooking fine dining food in a production kitchen environment. The Chef De Partie must come from a fine dining background and have covered all sections of a professional kitchen. We would prefer a Chef de Partie that has a stable background working for at least a year in previous jobs, it is a friendly team here with low staff turnover and we would welcome a chef with same hard working attitude but who wants a work/life balance.
