Overview

My client is looking for an accomplished Facilities Manager who will have overall responsibility for the Facilities Soft Services at this NHS site in London.

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the patient and retail catering, cleaning, portering, security, help desk and pest control.

Leading a team of 500 team members, with 4 direct reports, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality service for our client managing a turn over of £11m.

This will include full budget control, leadership and management of the team, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures: profit protection, health and safety, HR and finance.

You will build strong relationships at all levels: client, direct reports, frontline teams, Unions and other colleagues within the region.

·Previous experience working at a senior management level managing healthcare facilities would be an advantage.

·Excellent understanding of catering & cleaning management, service level specifications and performance management delivery.

·Excellent financial and commercial acumen

·Evidence of understanding of and ability to lead complex and multiple services
