We are looking for an exec chef to lead and run our kitchens catering for events and hospitality functions across London.

  • Based in Elephant and Castle, we have onsite parking and easy access to public transport.
  • We are offering a salary of £48-54K plus KPI related bonus.

The exec chef will be responsible for leading a kitchen team of up to 15 chefs.

Our events range from intimate meetings and dinner parties of 5 covers to large sit down, canape, bowl foods and buffet events for up to 800.

We produce everything on site using high quality seasonal produce. The exec chef will be given full responsibility to create seasonal menus and bespoke events.

The exec chef will oversee all elements of the kitchen from GP, to stock and labour controls, food hygiene and due diligence.

The ideal exec chef will have previous experience working in events or hospitality dining, we would also consider hotel and production kitchen backgrounds.
