We are looking for a hands on exec chef to take responsibility for a high volume dinner only restaurant offering table d’hote style menus for up to 500 covers per night.
Located in central London close to underground and national rail links.
The exec chef will work 5 strait shifts (dinner only) with regular late finishes 12/1am. We are offering a salary of up to £45K plus bonus and benefits.
Our menus utilize seasonal produce and change on a regular basis, the exec chef will be responsible for developing menus and managing costings, allergens and food hygiene.
Leading a team of 10 chefs the exec chef will oversee all training and recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have a mix of events and restaurant experience. Interviews are taking place immediately.
