We are looking for an events sous chef to join our brigade of 4 full time chefs, catering for high quality outside events and fixed venues across London. We cater for events of up to 200 sit down and 400 for canapes.
Our base kitchen is located in Wandsworth close to transport links and on-site parking.
The Sous chef will be based in our production kitchen working 8am to 6pm in our base kitchen with over time paid for evening and weekend functions.
Our menus are bespoke to each event meaning we need a creative and flexible chef who can manage and motivate there team to produce high standards of consistency.
We are a small but growing company and will offer plenty of training and progression opportunity’s to the sous chef.
