Overview

We are looking for an experienced head chef who has worked in high volume and high quality kitchens to join our team catering for up to quarter of a million guests per year!

Located in south west London close to tube and train stations, we are offering a competitive salary package.

We employ 10 full time chefs in our main production kitchen though this is regally supplemented by our team of casual/agency chefs

The head chef will be overseeing all areas from tastings and menu development to kitchen due diligence, recruitment, training, ordering, production and event execution.

We can cater for up to 20 events per day with sites across London, our busy periods are mid-summer and Christmas.

We need a hands on, organised, people person for this role.

There will be opportunity for growth and progression across the group.
