We are looking for demi chefs and chef de parties to join our team cooking One star Michelin awarded modern European cuisine to our 70 cover dining room within a boutique 100 bedroom 5 star hotel.
Located close to Trafalgar Square within easy reach of tube, train and bus links.
We work 7 shifts per week (50 Hours) and offer lots of training and progression opportunity’s to all our kitchen team as well as the opportunity to work I our other restaurants and banqueting kitchens
Our menus change on a regular basis using the very best seasonal produce with lots of exciting Game meat and fish on our menus.
The successful demi chefs and chef de parties will gain experience on all sections of the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have worked in fine dining kitchens or 5 star hotels.
