We are looking for a demi chef to join our team cooking classical British and French cuisine for a 50 seat member’s only restaurant and bar, events of up to 100 covers.
The role will start in early September.
Our kitchen team work 45 hours per week covering both lunch and dinner service Monday to Friday. The club is closed on weekends, bank holidays, Christmas and 3 weeks in August.
Working alongside a classically trained head chef the demi chef will be given training across all sections of the kitchen and will be given promotional opportunities in the future.
We are offering a salary package of £20-22K
