Overview

We are looking for a demi chef to join our team cooking classic British and French cuisine for a well-known and highly respected members club.

Based in Covent Garden the club is open Monday to Friday offering lunch and dinner service.

Our kitchen team work 40 hours per week and we are offering a salary of £20-23k depending on experience, plus bonus and tips.

We use the very best seasonal produce and game sauced from across the UK with our menus change on a regular basis. The restaurant caters for up to 80 covers per service as well as regular events and private functions.

The Demi chef will work with the chef de parties to run a section, manage prep and service. Working alongside a well-respected head chef and sous chef who will offer training guidance and development opportunities to the demi chef.
