This is a fast paced, high quality award winning kitchen where we will offer lots of training and opportunity’s for progression in a fun and friendly team.
We can cater for up to 400 covers per day across both restaurants plus regular events and private functions.
Our kitchen has a team of 40 chefs working in a supportive and friendly environment. We work 6 shifts per week (50 hours) with paid overtime. Because of how busy the restaurants are the earning potential is fantastic with Chefs able to improve their wages by 25% with overtime and bonus.
All food made from fresh using excellent basic ingredients and produced by skilled Chefs. A background in high volume top quality restaurants would be an advantage if joining this brigade.
- The Demi Chef must have an appreciation of clear, fresh simple food cooked perfectly.
- Working within a friendly brigade of 40 Chefs.
- Working with the chef de partie to run and managing your section.
- Assisting with the stock taking, ordering and achieving the best GP%.
- Promoting Sustainable, Ethical, British produce.
- Basic salary £22,000 – £25,000
