Overview

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic demi chef and chef de partie to join our brigade cooking high quality rosette standard modern British cuisine

Located in the Covent Garden we cater for a 50 seater member’s only restaurant offering Two AA Rosette standard British and European cuisine form our open kitchen. We also have regular events and functions for up to 100 guests and cater for 15 luxury bedrooms.

Position – Demi Chef

Cuisine – Modern British and European

Type of business – Members Club (Two AA Rosette)

Location – Covent Garden

Salary – £8-10 per hour

Brigade – 12 Chefs

Shifts – 50 Hours / 6-7 Shifts

All our food is prepared fresh on site using high quality locally sauced seasonal produce.

The ideal chef will have at least 2 years’ experience working in a fresh food environment. We will give training and opportunity’s to develop and progress your career.
