We are looking for a creative and hands on head chef to run a well loved critically acclaimed brasserie serving up to 160 covers per service.
Leading a team of 23 chefs the head chef must be able to motivate train and manage the team to produce everything fresh to a rosette standard.
The head chef will be given a lot of freedom over menu development and will be responsible for HASSAP, financials and day to day management.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in high volume fresh food kitchens.
