Our client operates one of the most established conference & events venues in the capital, which has recently undergone an extensive £120 million refurbishment and restoration project that has seen it transformed into a 5* standard, state of the art venue.

Due to the success of the venue we are now looking to recruit an experienced Conference & Events Duty Manager who is able to demonstrate a stable and progressive background, gained in high volume, 5* standard Conference & Events operations.

This is a very much a ‘hands-on’ client facing role, reporting directly to a Senior Conference & Events Duty Manager and the venue Operations Manager. The successful candidate for the role of Conference & Events Duty Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the venue operation on a day to day basis, handling each event and matching the client’s expectations. This role will involve extensive liaison with the onsite catering and AV teams to ensure the smooth running of each event.
