Join one of London’s top restaurant groups and work with many of the best Chefs around. Located in the heart of Mayfair we offer Two AA Rosette winning seafood orientated menus with whole fresh fish delivered daily.

It is hard work and every day is busy with up to 200 covers per service, but you will learn a lot very quickly and certainly never be bored!

Our kitchen has a team of 28 chefs working in a supportive and friendly environment. We work 6 shifts per week (50 hours) with paid overtime. Because of how busy the restaurants are the earning potential is fantastic with Chefs able to improve their wages by 25% with overtime and bonus.

All food made from fresh using excellent basic ingredients and produced by skilled Chefs. A background in high volume top quality restaurants would be an advantage if joining this brigade.

 

Description:

The Chef De Partie must have an appreciation of clear, fresh simple food cooked perfectly.

Working within a friendly brigade of 28 Chefs.

Working with the Head Chef and managing your section.

Assisting with the stock taking, ordering and achieving the best GP%.

Promoting Sustainable, Ethical, British produce.
