We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic chef de parties to join our brigade cooking high quality seafood for a busy world famous central London restaurant
Located in the heart of London’s west end catering for up to 150 covers per service using high quality seasonal British seafood and produce.
Position – Chef de Partie
Cuisine – Modern European Seafood
Type of business – Restaurant (One AA Rosette)
Location – Mayfair, W1
Salary – £24K + up to £4K tronc + Paid overtime
Brigade – 25 Chefs
Shifts – 50 Hours / 6 Shifts
All our food is prepared fresh on site using high quality locally sauced seasonal produce with our fish delivered fresh twice a day.
The ideal chef de partie will have worked to a demi chef level within high volume fresh food environments and will be confident on multiple sections of the kitchen.
