We are looking for a chef de partie to join our team working in a newly refurbished kitchen serving modern British nose to tail cuisine.
Our menus utelise high quality seasonal produce as well as meat prepared by our onsite butcher. Serving up to 120 covers per service as well as regular BBQ’s in the summer and private dinner parties.
Located close to Kings Cross with good transport links. Our team work 7 shifts per week (48 hours) with paid overtime.
The chef de partie will get the opportunity to work across all sections of the kitchen including the butchery. The chef de partie will lead and manage a section with a team of demi and commis chefs.
We will offer training and progression opportunity’s as well as the chance to work in our events and hospitality catering kitchens.
