We are looking for a passionate chef de partie to work within this exclusive Monday to Friday members club in central London.

You will be working in a small and friendly team of chefs alongside a very experienced Roux trained head chef who will give you excellent training and guidance. We work 48 hours Monday to Friday covering lunch and dinner service.

The chef de partie will be working on the grill and veg sections and be responsible for food prep, service and quality. We cook classic British and French cuisine with a regally changing menu using fantastic game meats

Cooking for an a la carte restaurant for 50 covers and very busy events department you will gain valuable experience and be given amazing opportunity’s for progression.

The chef de partie will need to have at least 2 years cooking experience and a passion to cook good food and learn new skills.
