A very rare opportunity has arisen for a chef de partie to join one of London’s most exclusive members club.

We are offering salary packages of £25-28K for the right candidate. We also offer great pension and healthcare benefits as well as Christmas off.
We carter for a 60 seat French restaurant and daily events for up to 100 covers with a brigade of 7 chefs.
We produce everything fresh on suite using high quality seasonal produced sauced from across the UK and France.
The chef de partie will work 48 hours per week, covering both lunch and dinner service. The chef de parties work 4 doubles get one day off per week plus weekends. There will be occasional weekend events (4-5 per year)
We are looking for chefs who have stable backgrounds, minimum of 18 months in their last job and a good knowledge of modern French cookery.
