We are looking for a strong and enthusiastic chef de partie with a fine dining background to join our stable and professional team of 9 chefs.
Catering for a fine dining restaurant serving weekly changing menus utilising the best produce money can buy for up to 100 covers per service and a PDR.
We work 50 hours per week Monday to Friday with no late finishes!!!! We close on bank holidays and for Christmas.

Position – Demi or Chef de Partie
Type of business – Fine dining exclusive members club
Location – Pall Mall
Salary – £22K + twice yearly bonus (Package of £25K)
Shifts – Monday to Friday, 4 splits (9:30am – 2:30pm/5pm -9:30pm) 1 strait (9:30am – 2:30pm)
The ideal chef must have experience in a rosette or similar standard kitchen cooking classic British and French cuisine.
