Overview

We are looking for a confident chef de partie to join our team in a high quality traditional members club based in central London.

We work strait shifts covering lunch or dinner Monday to Friday (45 hours per week)

The chef de partie will cover all sections, leading and managing production and service whilst delegating to demi and commis chefs.

We cook high quality modern British and European cuisine for up to 200 covers plus regular events.

Previous experience in high quality restaurants or hotels is essential.

  • Salary package of £24-28K.
