We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate chef de partie to join our brigade of 18 chefs cooking modern British cuisine for a modern British restaurant within an exclusive members club.
Located close to Liverpool Street Station our brigade work 50 hours, 4 days on 3 off. We give regular weekends off and close for Christmas.
Working in a large, modern and well stocked kitchen our food is all produced fresh on site. We cater for breakfast lunch and dinner in the 100 cover restaurant as well as multiple bars, lounges and events spaces for up to 40 guests.
Chef de parties will get training across all sections of the kitchen as well as regular butchery.
